Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grand Forks Public Safety Answering Point(PSAP) is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to furnish, deliver, install, configure, implement (including multiple sources of data migration), service and maintain a multi-jurisdictional, tightly integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)/Public Safety Software Solution for use by the Grand Forks PSAP, Grand Forks Police Department and Fire Department, Grand Forks Sheriff’s Department, University of North Dakota Police Department, and other Grand Forks County public safety agencies. The Grand Forks County’s CAD system will be a multi-jurisdiction/agency solution that will provide enhanced information sharing and has the potential to greatly improve the overall effectiveness of each of the individual and collective stakeholders in this project using the CAD and Mobile Data System (MDS).
