Specifications include, but are not limited to: Outagamie County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to renovate approximately 1,000 sf of interior space at the Recycling & Solid Waste Department. The renovated space is the breakroom, lavatory, shower, and locker room areas and the reason for renovating will be to provide employee support areas which can facilitate at least 12 persons. OCR&SW service building is located at 2009 Holland Road, Appleton, WI. Provide all labor and materials needed to complete scope of work as outlined in the following: RMA Architects specifications and drawings titled “Remodel Project For Outagamie County Landfill Services Building” dated October 20, 2023 (23 pages). The project will be base bid and two alternates: Alternate #1 – Additional charge for all work associated with the locker room (108); relocated/new lockers/benches, floor wall finishes and associated mechanical/electrical work. Alternate #2 - Provide a fiberglass shower insert in lieu of the base bid’s structural glazed tile walls and ceramic tile floor. List if a deduct or addition to base bid.
