Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nightly Cleaning (7x Week) A. Entrances, Lobbies, Coat Room, Offices, Great Hall, Kitchen, 3 Seasons Room (Grant) 1. All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point. (Liners to be furnished by Cleaners) 2. Vacuum all carpeting, including walk off mats 3. Clean and polish drinking fountain(s). 4. Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner of furnishings. 5. Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove coffee rings and spillage as needed. 6. Dust telephones. 7. Dust mop all hard surfaces with a treated dust mop. 8. Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas. 9. Damp wipe the interior and exterior of the entrance metal and remove fingerprints on entrance glass. 10. Spot clean all partition glass. 11. Police/sweep exterior entrance stoop for debris and litter and dispose of material. 12. Secure building upon exit. B. Restrooms – (3) 1. Stock towels, tissue and hand soap. (To be furnished by Cleaners.) 2. Empty sanitary napkins receptacles and wipe with a disinfectant. 3. Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed. 4. Clean and polish mirrors. 5. Wipe towel cabinet covers. 6. Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside. Polish bright work. 7. Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides using a disinfectant. 8. Scour and sanitize all basins. Polish bright work. 9. Remove splash marks from walls around basins. 10. Sweep the entire restroom floor. 11. Mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant. 12. Check and spot clean walls, doors, door handles, push and kick plates and showers as needed. 13. Wipe down walls (4x per year) C. Kitchen 1. All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point. (Liners to be furnished by Cleaners) 2. Dust and spot clean cupboards, refrigerator and stove/oven (exterior only) to remove fingerprints, etc. 3. Damp wipe interior and exterior of microwaves to remove spillage and cooked-on food. 4. Scour sink with cream cleanser. 5. Dust mop all hard surface flooring. 6. Damp mop all hard surface flooring.
