Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide pumping service, cleaning service and disposal of the products collected and generated by the cleaning of the grease traps. Disposal shall be off site and in accordance with local and State laws and ordinances. Documentation of volume removed from each site shall be provided to the District. This documentation is to include name of disposal locations and verification from the disposal facility of the volume disposed. • Contractor must be licensed by South Carolina DHEC to perform grease trap and grease container pumping services. All services shall be performed in compliance with the South Carolina DHEC standards. • Contractor will be responsible for bi-annual pumping and cleaning of grease traps in July and December or as designated by the Director of Maintenance. Services must also be available on an as needed basis in cases of emergencies. Contractor shall coordinate with District personnel overseeing these services for access to gated facilities. • Contractor shall assess and report any equipment/system deficiencies that may cause system failure or unsafe conditions to the District.
