Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is anticipated that the project sequence for the work will follow a traditional planning-designbid-build format. To be considered eligible for this project, the respondent must have technical expertise and prior work experience completing other similar inspection and remediation services. Respondents are asked to document their prior experience in all matters pertaining to this assignment, with particular emphasis given to prior work activities involving confined space entry, underwater inspections and surveys, safety protocols, work supervision, structural diagnosis, and other related technical expertise necessary to conduct the needed Facility inspections and develop an appropriately detailed Restoration Plan. It is expected that the Consultant will complete all needed services in a timely manner and in accordance with the project’s mutually agreed upon work schedule and work scope. It is the intent of this solicitation that experienced professional support services be provided throughout all phases of the project. Throughout the duration of the project, the Consultant shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals required to manage and complete the needed Facility inspection services and assist the NBC with the development of an appropriate restoration plan or related repair services.
