Specifications include, but are not limited to: new 9,868 square foot single story building with a few small mezzanines. The building is a pre-engineered steel building. The roof is a metal standing seam roof with a fiberglass batt insulation system. The exterior walls are insulated metal wall panels along with a brick veneer wainscot. The foundation is reinforced cast-in-place concrete frost foundation and floor slabs. The mezzanines are light gauge steel joists on load bearing metal stud walls. The project includes painted FRP doors and frames, aluminum windows, metal stud and drywall interior partitions, gas fired infrared heat for the apparatus garage and gas fired fan forced air furnaces for the finished spaces, electrical, plumbing, a new septic system, earthwork and asphalt paving.
