Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply and install new Taco 3 HP basement circulator pump to replace existing. The scope of work shall include the following: 1. Disconnect, remove and discard from site existing pump. 2. Supply and install new Taco, Model # F11509D-3HP three phase electrical base mount circulator pump. 3. Repipe heating pipes as required, new pump dimension not exact replacement. 4. All Electrical necessary. 5. Workers Compensation, General Liability, Builder’s Risk, and other such insurances as required by law will be carried from the beginning to the completion of the work. 6. All OSHA safety standards to be maintained throughout the entire project. 7. Contractor must do a site visit with the Chief LaChance or city representative to review the project scope and requirements. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all labor and materials to perform the work. Contractor shall be responsible for leaving site clean and neat at the end of each workday. 9. Contractor shall complete project as soon as the circulator pump becomes available. 10. Work can be performed seven (7) days/week. 11. The Successful contractor who enters into a Contract with the City shall be responsible for obtaining at his/her/its own expense, all appropriate federal, state and local permits, licenses and approvals.
