Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of professional services to develop a planning study for extending City infrastructure and connecting both existing and future non-City infrastructure to City infrastructure within the USB/UGA of Lewis and Clark County, as identified in the City of Helena 2019 Growth Policy. This infrastructure will include: Water, Wastewater Treatment, Storm Water, and Solid Waste Facilities, and Transportation Systems. At a minimum, the Plan is to include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Existing and Future Growth Patterns Assessment and Development Analysis a. Assess Existing Development b.
