Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project involves the replacement of multiple existing original wooden cell doors and other previously replaced hollow metal cell doors to install new detention-grade hollow metal steel doors in existing hollow metal frames. Repair existing rusted hollow metal door frame jamb bottoms as required to match existing frames. Replace or reuse the existing door hardware as required. New detention-grade hollow metal steel cell doors and existing / repaired hollow metal frames will be prepared and primed as required to receive new paint. Planned cell door replacements will be done in the following housing units: Housing Unit #5 – Residential Treatment Unit (RTU), Housing Unit #6 –Medium High Security Unit, Housing Unit #7 – Pre-Trial Unit, and Housing Unit #8 – Special Management Unit
