Specifications include, but are not limited to: Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required by the Contract Documents to design, manufacture, deliver, and install (3) 12” vertical gate valves, (4) 16” vertical gate valves, (2) 30" horizontal gate valves, (5) 36" horizontal gate valves, (7) 24-inch access manways w/2" AAV assemblies, (5) 4" vertical outlets w/2" AAV assemblies, (2) 1" AAV assemblies, (2) 6" pump drain assemblies, (12) 8” pump drain assemblies, 310± linear feet of 16" Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main, 328± linear feet of restrained 16" Pressure Class 350 ductile iron water main, 210± linear feet of 30" restrained water main, 3,459± linear feet 36-inch restrained water main, and 6,131± linear feet of 36" water main utilizing traditional trench installation to be installed in Louisville Water easements and roadway right-of-ways in Preston Highway tying into the existing 12” and 16" water mains. Contractor has the choice at bidding to utilize Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) or Ductile Iron Pressure Class 150 Pipe on sizes 24” and larger. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required by the Contract Documents to bore and jack 75± linear feet of 54” steel casing pipe; restore the site, all of the above made ready-for-use.
