Specifications include, but are not limited to: I.1.1 Unit shall have three hundred fifty (350) HP at eleven hundred (1100) RPM, One thousand two hundred fifty (1250) ft-lb at twelve hundred (1200) RPM. I.1.2 Unit shall meet current federal emission standards. I.1.3 Unit shall have straight engine mounted oil check and fill. I.1.4 Unit shall have heavy duty radiator as recommended by engine manufacturer. I.1.5 Engine block heater with thermostat (fifteen hundred (1500) watt/one hundred fifteen (115) volt). I.1.6 Antifreeze to minus thirty-four degrees (-34°) Fahrenheit. I.1.7 Battery package shall meet or exceed CC requirement of engine and packer manufacturers. 2190 CCA (3) 12volt batteries I.1.8 Battery box with cover, mounted short side to rail. I.1.9 Battery disconnect switch mounted in clean environment. I.1.10 Standard heater plumbing with ball shutoff valves at supply lines. I.1.11 Provide factory OEM filter parts list. I.1.12 All filters to be accessible for service. I.1.13 Unit shall have a Paccar fuel water separator or equivalent with ESOC and twelve (12) volt & one hundred twenty (120) volt pre-heater. Mounted clear of tire area & accessible for service. I.1.14 Bendix air dyer AD, HF, with safety valve and with air intake plumbed to the clean side of the main engine air filter or approved equal, hot discharge hoses mounted away from wiring. I.1.15 Engine after-treatment device, automatic over the road regeneration and dash mounted regeneration request switch, all hoses, plastics & wires to be clear from exhaust. I.1.16 Minimum seven (7) gallon diesel exhaust fluid tank, mounted in safe area to protect from rupture. I.1.17 Stainless after treatment device/muffler/tailpipe shield. I.1.18 Automatic fan control with dash switch and indicator light, non-engine mounted. I.1.19 A maximum capacity fuel tank desired, however must have a minimum of eighty (80) gallon/three hundred and two (302) liter aluminum fuel tank. Must meet MDT specifications.
