Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Contract will develop, evaluate, administer, document, maintain and revise insurance related examinations for persons seeking to obtain various insurance licenses in Wisconsin, and to administer the PE and CE programs for Wisconsin insurance licensees. See Appendix 1: Current Costs, Appendix 2: Active Prelicensing and CE Courses and Credits, and Appendix 3: Candidate Volume. Examinations developed and administered should encompass various lines of authority and classes of licensure. OCI desires to contract with a professional insurance examination organization for the services described above to accurately measure the knowledge, skill, and ability required of a minimally competent, entry level licensing Candidate. There are currently eight (8) separate insurance related examinations – including major lines and limited lines - designed and given for the following license types: property, casualty, personal lines property & casualty, accident & health, life, title, credit, and navigator. License types subject to examination may increase or decrease during the Contract or the renewal period. By entering into a Contract with the Contractor, OCI anticipates its activities in the area of examination and PE and CE to include the receipt of electronic data from the Contractor and oversight of the Contractor’s performance to ensure compliance with the Contract terms and conditions.
