Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of widening and reconstructing the intersection of Eagle Road and Lake Hazel Road with concrete pavement, replacing the traffic signal, widening and reconstructing all legs of the intersection with asphalt pavement, adding multi-use pathways throughout and a new stormwater system to a basin. This work also includes significant roadway elevation change requiring extensive earthwork and retaining walls. Roadway work includes widening and reconstructing Eagle Road to five lanes using asphalt pavement with curb, gutter, and multi-use pathways between Lake Hazel Road and Amity Road, including a multi-lane roundabout with concrete paving at Taconic Drive and a new stormwater system to a basin.
