Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant Services Required: The successful firms will demonstrate proficiency and expertise in configuring, customizing, developing, and implementing the following initiatives: 1. Primavera Unifier: a. User training and assistance b. BP (Business Process) development and refinement c. Report/Dashboard development d. Software upgrade and testing (recurring) e. Expanding usage into other divisions/sections 2. E-Construction support and other duties related to scheduling, e-construction, and construction-related technical knowledge. 3. On-site field inspection of construction projects, including inspection of ADA facilities a. Assistance with ADA application, PAS (Pedestrian Accessibility Standards), development of training, and other duties related to inspection services. 4. Standard Specifications support including drafting new specifications, revising existing specifications, technical writing, liquidated damages analysis, and other duties related to standard specification support. 5. Other initiatives, including: a. Standard Construction Details (CAD drafting) b. Process reviews, manuals, policies, and other technical documents c. Value Engineering d. Revisions to current claims practices (Including training of Claims Committee members) e. Grant development and support f. Asset Management and Performance Management support g. Sustainability and Resiliency program support h. Water Resources and Environmental support services. Deliverables will vary based on the tasks assigned, but may include technical reports, manuals, or drawings; training documents; software applications; or business processes. Applicable standards or specifications for deliverables include, but are not limited to, the DelDOT Standard Specifications, DelDOT Standard Details, as well as other published DelDOT manuals, policies, guidance, and practices.
