Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all parts and labor need for a complete replacement of both coil, associated valves (and circulation pump if alternate 1 is accepted). The AHU must continue to operate from 8 am to 5 pm each business day in order to accommodate Courts operation. Work can be performed during these hours as long as the AHU is running. Any work that require the AHU to be turned off shall be performed prior to 8 am or after 5pm. Cooling coils must also be changed on a day where the outside temperature remains below 55 degrees. Contractor is required to get coils into and out of the building as needed. Pressure test to assure coils and associated piping to assure newly installed equipment does not leak. Modify piping as needed to accommodate new coils, valves (and circulation pump if alternate 1 is accepted). Site clear old materials and cleanup work area. Provide a minimum of a one-year warranty on labor and materials.
