Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the work consists of: Demolition of 3 each existing buildings that are one story in height, slab 52 on grade, load bearing masonry with metal joists and metal roof decking. Buildings includes truck bays 53 with sectional doors. Demolition also includes a one story slab on grade wood framed building with a 54 pitched roof, residential type building. All buildings shall be demolished down to slab on grade. Concrete lab on grade, footings, foundation, hardscape, tree removal, and grubbing of site shall be done in 1 subsequent Bid Package for construction of a new facility. Removal of Mechanical, Electrical, and 2 Plumbing items are as indicated on Drawings.
