Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Green Mountain Estates Development includes (40) 3-4 bedroom homes, (1) 165,000 sf industrial building, (1) chiropractic office, (1) 3000 sf school building, and (1) 8200 sf conference center. Any proposal should include: 1. The design, supply, and installation of a replacement duplex grinder pump and control system in the existing 5745 gallon wet well with 4"PVC x approximately 1700' force main, with approximately 5' of vertical elevation difference. 2. Calculate design flows for gravity system connected to pump station, for (40) 3-4 bedroom homes, (1) 165,000 sf industrial building, (l) chiropractic office, (1) 3000 sf school building, and (1) 8200 sf conference center. Design flows shall be calculated in accordance with the Vermont Wastewater Disposal and Potable Water Supply Rule. 3. Identify and recommend any existing structural or design flaws in the current system that would not be corrected with the above referenced installation. 4. The bidder shall include evidence of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation naming the Town as an additionally insured. Potential bidders should visit the site to inspect the current system by contacting Eric Severence, the Town's Chief Water and Wastewater Operator.
