Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, CHFS, Department for Public Health, Division of Maternal and Child Health, Nutrition Services Branch, Kentucky WIC Program hereinafter, referred to as Kentucky WIC Program, is seeking a new WIC EBT Vendor to provide WIC EBT services. This RFP solicits the delivery of the full scope of WIC EBT services as specified in this RFP. The Vendor shall provide a readily available, cloud-hosted (refer to Section 4 for hosting requirements), configurable, mobile-friendly, Software as a Service (SaaS), Health Care Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)-compliant solution for WIC EBT. The Solution shall be configured and customized as necessary to meet the requirements as defined in this RFP. Additionally, the Vendor shall perform maintenance and operations throughout the life of the resulting contract.
