Monthly Maintenance A. Contractor shall flush out Bio Digester until clear water flows from the discharge at the filter box. Replace the burlap bag/filter box if necessary. B. Contractor shall check the pH of the water to ensure it is not less than 5.5 or higher than 8.5 and adjust as needed. C. Check condition of the microbe cube inside bio digester, replace microbe cube if more than 75% consumed. D. Check filter before pump in blue housing for condition and change every 3rd month. E. Check condition and oil level of pressure pump used to create the high wash pressure at the hand wash wands. F. Add car wash soap if needed. G. Clean floor of soil and debris. H. Check overall condition of entire car wash system to ensure proper function and safety. 7. Miscellaneous Repairs: There are no monies in this contract for miscellaneous repairs. If during routine maintenance, a repair is discovered, the Contractor shall provide a legible, detailed proposal to repair the equipment. This will include a list of all parts required, cost per item, substantiation of the manufacturer suggested retail price, the estimated number of hours required to complete the repairs, and applicable sales tax. This will include which equipment is being repaired. No repair work can be charged to this contract, another contracting process will be used to fund any repairs needed. NO WORK shall commence without Facilities Section approval of the cost for repair.
