Specifications include, but are not limited to: Typical projects may include design for new roadway, sidewalks, cycle tracks, and shared use paths. Improvements may include, but are not limited to, the following: street furnishings, street lighting, traffic signals, landscaping, pedestrian crossings, signage, and striping. Activities may include but are not limited to: 1. Survey Services including reconnaissance, control, planimetric survey, terrain survey, boundary survey, utility location, and staking. 2. Subsurface Utility Engineering Services including utility locations and subsurface utility locations according to ASCE standards and per the KYTC Design Manual Guidance (Chapter HD-300). 3. Delivery of Computer Aided Design (CAD) files. CAD files may be submitted in Bently MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D format. All DGN or DWG files shall be submitted in US Survey Feet format utilizing the Kentucky Single Zone State Plane Coordinate System.
