Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Furnish all labor, equipment, supervi¬sion, transpor¬tation, materials, and inciden¬tals neces¬sary to satisfactorily complete the Contract Agreement, including all safety equip¬ment re¬quired by current laws and regula¬tions. 2) Notify DNRC's Contract Supervisor at least 48 hours before Contractor commences any field work in the project area. Con¬tractor shall also inform Contract Super¬visor of the crew size, supervi¬sor(s), name(s), place of lodging and estimated daily WORK RATE. 3) The contractor shall provide each employee with a copy of the “working in bear habitat” brochure (see contract attachment E). B. The contractor is prohibited from carrying firearms while conducting contract operations [ARM 36.11.432(1)(m); 36.11.433(1)(d); 36.11.443(2)]. C. DNRC shall furnish: 1) A Contract Supervisor to acquaint the Contractor with the work to be performed and conduct periodic field inspec¬tions. 2) Copies of State administrative and area maps.
