(Use active ingredient Chlorantraniliprole or Imidacloprid) • Apply post emergence summer annual grassy weed control on breakthrough weeds in accordance with manufacturer’s directions (Quinclorac, Mesotrione, or Topramezone); Early September • One Soil aerification • Seed using a certified blue tag turf type tall fescue at 6lbs pure live seed per 1000 sqft; Mid November • Apply a broadleaf weed control with a 3-2ay herbicide in accordance with manufacturer’s directions • Fertilizer applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions • Apply 1lb per 1000 sqft of nitrogen; Mid-March or prior to April 7th • Apply a broadleaf weed control with a 3-way herbicide in accordance with manufacturer’s directions • Fertilizer applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions
