Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Locate and mark existing underground utilities for safety. 2. Scope plumbing for trouble areas within the plumbing system. Identify trouble locations and mark the areas above ground. Ensure staff is notified of marked areas for equipment to be used to avoid any safety concerns. 3. Remove all damaged existing piping and install All piping to have proper grade and proper shielded transition bands. The pipe is to be shaded and backfilled, and the flooring will be retiled with matching tile. 4. Re-install all the connections for all piping and restore flow to each connection. Test each connection with water, and ensure the line is open and flowing. 5. Contractor shall remove all debris, including packaging material off-site daily. 6. Contractor to provide one (1) (Americans with Disabilities Act) ADA portable toilet and two (2) portable toilets with a hand washing station for use by CHP staff during construction.
