Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bowling Green, KY is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors for a design/build project to renovate the kitchen at Fire Station #3, located at 150 Bennett Lane in Bowling Green Kentucky. The existing kitchen is original to the building and in disrepair. The area is approximately 17’ x 30’. Contractors shall provide new commercial laminate cabinets, stainless steel counter tops, new island with stainless steel counter tops, new commercial appliances, and space to accommodate three refrigerators, also supplied by the contractor. This is an evaluated bid with price, scope, and design being the evaluation criteria. The budget for this project is $130,000 and this is a bestevaluated proposal. Site walk-throughs are highly encouraged.
