Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Mandatory Requirements - To minimize risk and promote industry best practices, the criteria for implementing a solution must meet all of the following mandatory requirements: 1) The solution must be developed by, implemented by and supported by the same single vendor. 2) The solution must be designed for the sole purpose of supporting the construction program and project management lifecycle - Planning through Closeout. 3) The solution must be Software as a Service and built on a true multitenant platform with an open architecture. 4) The solution must include out-of-the-box, configurable, native modules specific to the construction project lifecycle. 5) The solution will house information owned by the Beaufort County School District and the district will have the ability to download the information to be shared on other platforms utilized by Beaufort County School District now and in the future. Platforms currently include: • Microsoft networks • Microsoft Office365 • Tyler Munis • Adobe Acrobat • Bluebeam • Microsoft Project • Invision 6) The solution must have at least a five (5) year history of successfully supporting requirements related to construction program/project management.
