Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. ROAD Court seeks the services of a qualified and certified dually Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) by the State of Montana Board of Behavioral Health to provide gender specific, co-occurring treatment services for ROAD Court Participants. 2. ROAD Court Participants shall have access to a continuum of substance use treatment provided by the contractor(s) to include chemical dependency evaluations, mental health assessments, treatment plans, group therapy, individual therapy, substance use education and treatment, aftercare, relapse prevention and collaborate / make community referrals when appropriate. Continuity of care is essential for our program and the success of ROAD Court participants. 3. The Contractor/s agrees to provide substance use disorder and mental health counseling for up to thirty (30) ROAD Court Participants at any given time at the level of care deemed appropriate for each participant through chemical dependency evaluations and ongoing reviews of treatment plans. 4. Contractor will abide by the standards set forth by the American Society of Addictive Medicine (ASAM) for levels of care. Providing ASAM 2.1 level of care, Intensive Outpatient Servies, consisting of at least 9 hours and no more than 20 hours per week of treatment and ASAM 1 level of care, Outpatient Treatment, consisting of less than 9 hours of treatment a week. 8 5. Contractor(s) will be an active participant on the ROAD Court Treatment Team which includes weekly staffing, entering notes into ROAD Court’s case management system, gathering collative information, and attending state and national trainings.
