Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration on behalf of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is seeking professional design services for the Electrical Switchgear Replacement on the downtown campus of the Owensboro Community and Technical College. This project, which, once completed, will replace outdated and worn electrical switchgear throughout the Owensboro Community and Technical College downtown campus buildings using modern, efficient, and sustainable technology. This project may also include related electrical work necessary to accomplish this goal. The Consultant will be required to monitor the current construction market and to advise KCTCS on the appropriate time to bid the project to mitigate negative effects of market conditions.
