Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Estimated Quantity – Sixty (60) plus Powered Industrial Trucks (herein, PIT)/Forklifts and more than twohundred (200) operators.•Assets and operators are located in Jefferson County Public Schools buildings and support facilities. Thesefacilities are found throughout Jefferson County, Kentucky. Please see attached asset list for manufactureinformation.•Vendor(s) shall provide inspection(s) of PIT, maintenance of PIT, operator training program (classroomand evaluation), and operator refresher training and evaluation. All services must meet standards prescribedby OSHA Regulation 29, CFR Part 1910.178.•Successful vendor(s) must provide training in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Training shall be offered aminimum of one (1) time per month.•Successful vendor(s) must provide maintenance and inspection in Jefferson County, Kentucky; or pickup inand drop off to the powered industrial trucks use location in Jefferson County, Kentucky.•The schedule for selection of services/parts and subsequent billing for same, shall be worked out betweenJCPS and successful vendor(s). There may be one or more vendors selected for a broader selection range.•Vendor invoices shall be available for inspection by JCPS auditors when requested to verify charges.•A parts list for each job must be approved by JCPS personnel prior to the start of work.•Awarded contractor(s) may not charge for estimating work
