Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administration, State Procurement Bureau, is considering a request from the Office of Public Instruction, to award a Sole Source contract to The National Center for the Improvement of Educational Assessment, Inc. for Technical Assistance for Math, ELA, ELP, and Science Peer Review Submission. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: Technical and Management teams that have deep experience in preparing peer review materials for both individual states and consortia, as well as working in concert with state and federal officials to produce successful results. Worked closely with Montana OPI staff to develop the state’s ELA, math, and ELP resubmissions and is ready to finalize the science initial peer review submission within the next month. This sole source is due to a no-cost request for amendment to Contract #11470 to extend out the duration of services to December 31, 2023, in coordination with an approved request to postpone federal science peer review initial submission by the Department of Education. Over half of the initial SOW has been completed. Ongoing technical, logistical, and implementation consultation.
