Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed services are generally described as follows: Providing the Northern Kentucky Water District (NKWD) with a two-year (twenty-four month) lease agreement for all equipment, labor, and supplies required for the installation and maintenance of eleven copy machines located between three NKWD facilities. This agreement will have the option to be renewed for up to two additional two-year terms upon mutual agreement between the NKWD and the Vendor for a total of seventy-two months. Provide an alternate five-year (sixty-month) lease agreement. This alternate agreement will have the option for annual renewals thereafter upon mutual agreement between the NKWD and the Vendor. The term of the agreement is expected to begin on May 1, 2024.
