Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project involves the transformation of a 300-square-foot break room into two office counseling centers. This includes the installation of new drywall, flooring, and ceiling refurbishment, along with new paint. Additionally, doors in both existing closet and multi-purpose counseling center will be replaced, and touch-up paint will be applied. MEP's scope of work encompasses the rework of associated infrastructure to support the revised lighting, power, telecommunication, mechanical HVAC, and associated controls of the spaces. The fire protection sprinkler heads will be revised to ensure appropriate coverage within the designated areas. The HVAC system will undergo VAV rework, including associated hydronic piping and ductwork adjustments.
