Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Remove, protect, and re-install metal awnings as needed to access the existing storefront windows.•Remove existing storefronts, protect interior finishes, and replace storefront windows ensuring a water-tight finish.• The Contractor is to provide all labor and materials, tools, equipment, and all permit fees for the complete removal and installation of storefront windows. All work shall be completed in compliance with the Idaho State Code and the IBC's latest editions.• All work that will generate a large amount of noise or dust i.e., saw cutting and removalof materials, etc., will need to be completed after 5:30 p.m.•The contractor shall inform the owner of the condition of the building material under the storefronts prior to cover.•Work is to meet all applicable codes; the Contractor is responsible for any required building, electrical, mechanical, or fire permits.
