Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is looking for firms interested in providing professional Engineering services for the project referenced above. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for the Capitol Lake, New Water Source at the Capitol Complex in Pierre, South Dakota, OSE # ACC24--13X/ARPA Project scope shall include a programming phase to evaluate new water source options. This evaluation shall include cost estimates, State and/or Federal permitting requirements, estimated design and construction timeline, review of design and/or construction challenges and any other criteria needed to determine the new water source. The chosen firm shall assist the State in determining the correct solution based on their evaluation. Project scope shall also include full design, bidding, and construction administration services for providing the new water source to Capitol Lake, based on the information from the programming phase, as well as plugging the existing well that currently feeds Capitol Lake.
