Tracking of permitting activities including, but not limited to, building, sign, electrical, EPSC, encroachment, stormwater, and wastewater. b. The ability to customize permit number formatting. c. The ability to flag properties, or place conditions on properties, to notify staff of special requirements or directives related to enforcement cases, stop work orders, or other special circumstances. d. The ability for City staff to view actions required by department and/or staff member. e. The automatic creation of inspections based on permit type. f. The ability to automate certain functions. g. Customizable data fields by record type. 4. Inspections a. Tracking of inspections for permits, licenses, enforcement cases, work orders and service requests. b. The automatic creation of inspections based on record type. c. Online customer inspection requests. d. The ability for City staff to view inspections required by department and/or staff member. e. Mobile functionality to allow inspectors to update inspections in real time. Certain inspections should be visible to the public, while others should not. i. Mobile functionality should be available through both iOS and Android devices. f. The ability to automate certain functions. 5. Code Enforcement a. Tracking of Code Enforcement cases for violations related to property maintenance, zoning, and other ordinances. b. The automatic creation of inspections based on record type.
