Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specific activities and deliverables including the following: Identify and provide the baseline economic information to be used to establish current economic conditions for Hartford. Attend a minimum of four Planning Commission/Town Plan Steering Committee meetings*. Work with the Town to design and facilitate focus group discussions (the number to be specified in the RFP response). Work with the Town to design and facilitate a minimum of two community meetings. In consultation with Town staff and the Town Plan Steering Committee, create a draft and final Economic Development chapter which includes goals, strategies and actions. Time allowances should be given for staff review and subsequent edits of documents prior to Steering Committee, Community and Selectboard meetings. Provide one presentation of the final report to the Selectboard*
