Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Burlington (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified control systems firms primarily associated with completing a Programmable Logic Controller (“PLC”) upgrade at our Drinking Water Treatment Plant plus the potential for future plant automation work at our three (3) Wastewater Plants. Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience. Required professional services will include but are not limited to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Programmable Logic Controller (“SCADA/PLC”) design, Human Machine Interface (“HMI”) programming, system integration, panel construction and installation to ensure compliance with plans and specifications associated with turnkey SCADA/PLC replacement, as well as on-going maintenance and programming.
