Specifications include, but are not limited to: New pelleting equipment must fit in the existing footprint with minimal to no modifications to the mill structure. Adjust/redirect conveyance/feed inlet to the pellet mill as needed. Pellet mill size must be a 12” ring die with a maximum motor HP of 50. Feeder and Conditioner must be appropriately sized for the pellet mill. Cooler should be supplied in adequate size to the pellet mill for proper pellet cooling and drying. Must fit in the designated space (There is room to move/adjust overhead utilities to gain head space from current measurement) Ideal location for the crumbler will be under the cooler. The secondary location would be the top of the mill tower off the pellet leg. Electrical Disconnection of existing electrical for removal of existing bins and conveyance equipment. Connection of all new motor, sensors, and controls Including new full runs from MCC room to the additional bins Integration into existing Interstates Controls/Rockwell Automation system. Structural Ensure new equipment is in line with building load limits/structural capabilities. Ability to update structural strength if needed.
