Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ada County (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide hostage rescue operations training to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office. The ideal vendor will have trainers with top tier tactical proficiency and knowledge in best and common practices within specialized law enforcement teams that conduct operations such as hostage-rescue, high risk warrant service, high risk barricaded subjects, terrorism response, and sniper operations. It is highly preferred that instructors have specialized training and real-world experience related to the training (e.g., past history as a law enforcement officer, part of a specialized tactical team, and has been intimately involved in hostage-rescue incidents).
