Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Office of Purchasing &Contracting (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firm to provide architectural and engineering design services for the Door Control SystemReplacement and Various Major Maintenance Repairs at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility(NERCF) and Caledonia Community Work Camp (CCWC) located in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, and the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility (MVRCF) located in Rutland, Vermont. Interested firms are invited to bid on providing architectural/engineering design services described in Section 2 of this RFP. The purpose of this project is to design a replacement door control system and other major maintenance repairs to meet the security, operational, and maintenance needs of the Department of Corrections (DOC)and the Department of Buildings and General Services (BGS).
