Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal of specified trees and brush along an approximate 25’ wide corridor for a new trail segment from Northmoor Park to Clinton Como Park. The contract and work shall be carried out in conformance with the current edition of the City of Columbus, Ohio Construction and Material Specifications (CCMS), and any supplemental specifications as detailed in this scope of work. The bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment and other means necessary or proper for performing and completing the work. The bidder shall be responsible for cleanup of the job site and shall repair or restore all structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the work to the satisfaction of the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD).
