Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Information Technology Department (STATE) is soliciting information from potential bidders to provide a cost estimate for conducting a needs assessment, providing recommendations for a future state roadmap for enterprise geospatial across state government, developing a strategic plan, and developing and executing an implementation plan. In this Request for Information, we are asking for an estimate of total cost broken out for Conducting a needs assessment Defining a recommended geospatial future state Developing a strategic plan incorporating a strategic vision and roadmap to the geospatial future state Developing and executing an implementation plan for supporting the geospatial strategic vision and roadmap to the geospatial future state This estimate of cost will be used in the Geospatial Program budget request for the 2025-2027 budget which will be submitted in approximately mid-2024.
