Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal is to develop a unique set of high quality, educational videos to help answer questions about complex aspects of highly contagious foreign animal disease response. They will be used in a classroom setting as well as during webinars, professional certificate training courses, or asynchronous learning experiences. The videos will: • Not exceed three to four minutes in length. • Meet the learning objectives described and reviewed by subject matter experts. • Be narrated in English by both professional female and male voice actors. • Be designed for accessibility. Transcripts created by the contractor will be included in the final deliverables. • Be reviewed by UVM subject matter experts prior to the final versions. The animator/video developer must be open to feedback and change requests during production. • Be usability tested. • Be considered intellectual property of UVM. The UVM logo and copyright will be included in the screen credits. • Be provided to the project director as raw, editable files (for import into Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) along with final mp4 versions by the end of the project. The video animation should be unique but clearly depict complex concepts of science, foreign animal disease infection and emergency response in agricultural settings with: • Several species of farm animals. • Farm buildings. • Human agricultural producers, emergency responders, regulatory officials, etc. • Disease causing micro-organisms and infection pathways. The template, if approved, will become the template for all others in the series. If the video template does not meet the requirements, the project director retains the right to end the contract.
