As per State of New Hampshire Administrative Rules Adm 606.04 Delivery, “Goods that are delivered in a damaged condition shall not be accepted and the vendor shall assume all costs and expenses associated with the return of those goods. The vendor shall, at its sole expense, immediately replace any goods delivered in a damaged condition.”
