Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The successful Contractor must provide Preconstruction Assistance services including constructability reviews, budget development, detailed cost estimates, schedule development, special studies and commissioning criteria, value engineering, material selection, BIM creation, prefabrication planning, and long lead material items during the design phases of the project. • The successful Contractor must actively participate with the Project Team, the Architect/Engineer of Record and other design consultants during the design phase and preparation of contract documents. • The Contractor selected to implement the system must provide a single point of contact during the project period. This single point of contact must have the authority to ensure that the project requirements are completed. • Following Design, the successful Contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to Fabricate the Precast Shaft Assemblies related work as shown on the Contract Documents. Installation will be by structural steel erector.
