Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system shall provide monitoring and control access from the following locations: • MDT local area network(LAN) and wide area network (WAN), and • Remote location via internet. Verification Method: Demonstration. The system shall allow remote access using a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN). The system shall allow ATSPM viewers/operators from different agencies to view/edit performance measures and configuration for intersections owned by other agencies, subject to assigned privilege level. The system shall allow multiple users to log on to the system simultaneously. The system shall allow ATSPM Manager to terminate privileges of other users with lesser user rights.
