Specifications include, but are not limited to: security and patrol contract services to monitor and patrol four (4) parking ramps; Security company shall furnish to Parking Authority management a recent background check completed for each security personnel who will be operating at each of the facilities, and prior to operating at the facilities. Security company shall carry a minimum $1 million Liability Insurance policy, naming Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority and Rocky Gordon & Company as additional insured, and furnish a copy of the current Policy Declaration to Parking Authority management. Security personnel will be monitoring and patrolling between 4 City Parking Ramps. Each Security person shall wear a security uniform, be professionally presentable, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Security personnel shall monitor activity within the parking ramps, stairwells and elevators, and take appropriate action to ask loiterers to leave the premises, or call Bismarck Police to report any illegal activity. Security personnel shall be unarmed and no use of force is authorized. Security person shall leave a written brief summary at the Parkade Office after each shift detailing any suspicious or reported activity, safety issues, other issues, or security occurrences. Locations of the 4 parking ramps are: Parkade – 114 N. 6th St. Galleria – attached to Radisson hotel (605 E. Broadway Ave.) 6th & Thayer Ramp – 6th Street between Broadway and Thayer Ave. 3rd & Main Ramp – corner 3rd St. and Main Ave.
