Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide: 1. An adequate course description, photograph of the presenter, and biography suitable for use in advertising and marketing the event. In some cases, a photograph may not be requested. 2. Access via phone or online meeting to coordinate the training event(s) with Vermont Fire Academy Staff. The contractor shall make themselves available at a mutually agreeable time to have no more than two coordination meetings prior to the event. At the discretion of the Vermont Fire Academy, If adequate coordination can occur via e-mail, then the phone or online meetings may not be necessary. 3. The contractor shall provide electronic file versions of any materials that need to be produced in hardcopy format at least 21 days prior to the event. File type shall be PDF, standard Microsoft Office applications, or JPEG. 4. The contractor shall provide specifications as to the audio-visual needs to support the event(s) within the proposal. 5. Delivery of a presentation that follows the submitted and approved outline, description, and length of presentation, instruction, or training. The contractor will satisfactorily meet the performance measures outlined within their contract.
