Specifications include, but are not limited to: Red Clay Consolidated School District is planning to utilize ERATE Category II funding to purchase Meraki network switches for use at various schools throughout the district. The vendor will provide any of the following: • Up to six (6) Meraki MS120-8FP-HW with LIC-MS120-8FP-10YR or compatible alternate • Up to twenty (20) Meraki MS355-48X-HW with LIC-MS355-48X-10YR or compatible alternate • Up to twenty (20) Meraki MA-SFP-10GB-LRM fiber transceiver modules or compatible alternate • Up to twenty (20) Meraki MA-CBL-40G-50CM .5 meter stacking cables or compatible alternate • Up to ten (10) Meraki MA-CBL-40G-1M one (1) meter stacking cables or compatible alternate The project is contingent upon receiving ERATE Category II funding for internal connections in the 2024 filing year. If ERATE Category II funding for internal connections is not granted, the project will not proceed, and all proposals will be denied. The purchase will occur after the District receives the award information concerning ERATE.
