Specifications include, but are not limited to: Test strips for Xylazine & Fentanyl or a combination of Test Strip; Test Strips must be able to be used to test powder & Liquid Samples; Verification that Test strips can be used to test powder & Liquid Samples; Test Strips must have evaluation results from an external party to verify the test results; Evaluation results from external party review, clearly indicating a false positive and false negative test results of the test strips. Test Strips must be individually packaged that are clearly labeled; Instructions on how to use must be printed on the package or provided to the Department of Health Separate print. If State can choose what is printed on packaging, provide examples for other orders; Test strips must provide results in 2 minutes or less; Instruction for the test strips including the time until results are provided; Instruction on how order would be placed with vendor and timeline in which order would be fulfilled.
