Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beaufort County School District requests qualifications and experience packages from consultant firms for providing roof evaluation and design services required to satisfactorily complete all phases of an assigned project. The services shall be negotiated on a project-by-project basis with the consultant. Services desired include, but are not limited to, the following: • Forensic Investigations; • Roof and envelope testing; • Obtaining approvals of governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the project; • Design Services (new construction, roof replacement, roof/envelope repair); • Life cycle cost analyses; • Preparation of Construction and other bidding documents; • Bid/Award Phase Assistance; • Construction Administration and periodic inspections; • Cost Estimating; • Project Close-out Assistance including warranty phase administration; • All other services are customarily furnished by a roof consultant on similar projects.
